Fresh Bluefin Tuna

FRESH Gaspé Bluefin tuna loins are available in two grades: Premium - belly front for high-end sushi, sashimi, or nigiri or Centre cut - for tuna tartare, poké, sushi or tuna tataki.

Gaspé bluefin tuna has a restricted catch and is prized for its high fat content and rich flavour. It can be served raw as sashimi, sushi or tartare, or quickly pan-seared or grilled for tuna tataki, keeping the center rare to highlight its rich, buttery flavor.
