Ordering Online
To ensure that we can provide you with the freshest quality products, all orders must be placed between 1 to 7 days ahead of your preferred pickup/delivery time window.
As a craft butchery, many of our products are priced according to weight. As such, our online prices are estimates.
When we fill your online order, we will calculate the actual cost based on the actual weight of the items and the per kilogram price, and we will send you an invoice by email once it is ready. You will be prompted in the email to complete the order to accept the price difference. You can expect the price of your order may vary by about ± 10%.
In-Store Pickup
We offer free in-store pickup for all of our products. There are no minimum purchase amounts when placing an in-store pickup order.
For contact-free curbside pickup, after receiving your 'Ready for Pickup' email, please park on Ross Street, and call us at (613) 722-0086. Upon confirmation of your name and order number, we will bring out your order directly to your car.
Local Delivery
We have partnered with Trexity to offer city wide delivery in the Ottawa area. Delivery fees are calculated at checkout, and range from $5 to $15, depending on your distance from the store. Minimum order amount for delivery is $15, and delivery for orders above $200 is free. We do not deliver to Gatineau addresses.
