OUR HISTORY
Our family has been serving fine quality meats for five generations. Our owner comes from a line of master butchers who owned butcher shops in Vienna since 1868. Through the generations, his family served their community in both Austria and England for over 100 years.
WHY WE'RE DIFFERENT
Our focus is on quality. We buy all Canadian products, with a preference for local producers. Our prime cuts are properly aged and expertly trimmed. For those looking for healthier choices, we offer a wide range of antibiotic/ hormone-free, certified organic, and grass-fed products. Our sausages and deli are gluten and nitrate free. Almost all of our products are made in house, including our homestyle meals which can be tailored to suit special diets.
