We are a family-owned local butchery with the highest quality ingredients for your next meal. Count on us for top quality cuts and personalized service, including special orders. We have ready to cook choices for your next BBQ or event including well-aged steaks, artisanal sausages, burgers and marinated skewers. Our ready-to-go meals are prepared in our own kitchen. Our history

Our family has been serving fine quality meats for five generations. Our owner comes from a line of master butchers who owned butcher shops in Vienna since 1868. Through the generations, his family served their community in both Austria and England for over 100 year

Why we're different

Our focus is on quality. We buy all Canadian products, with a preference for local producers. Our prime cuts are properly aged and expertly trimmed. For those looking for healthier choices, we offer a wide range of antibiotic/ hormone-free, certified organic, and grass-fed products. Our sausages and deli are gluten and nitrate free. Almost all of our products are made in house, including our homestyle meals which can be tailored to suit special diets.
