The total price is an estimate, based on average weights and costs per item. All of our meat is priced when the order is filled based on the exact weight of the cut based on the per kilogram price. All orders are charged a $30 Refundable Credit at checkout to cover these potential weight differences. When we fill your order, we will calculate the actual cost based on the per kilogram price, and refund any overpayment back to you.
